Document patient immunization history, including dates of primary immunization and most recent booster, to support tetanus and rabies vaccine decisions.
For Hepatitis A vaccine coverage, document exposure type (close personal contact or ingestion of contaminated food/water) and rationale for vaccination; if concomitant IG used, document both products administered.
