Response to Comments: Computed Tomography Cerebral Perfusion Analysis (CTP)

This document is a response to comments regarding the Local Coverage Determination for CT cerebral perfusion analysis; it does not itself specify clinical coverage criteria. The final LCD notice period began on 2020-10-29 and the final determination is effective for services rendered on or after 2020-12-13. Relevant trial literature (Saposnik 2018; Albers et al. 2018) is cited.
