Billing and Coding: MolDX: Genetic Testing in Heritable Thoracic Aortic Disease

This billing/coding guideline requires use of CPT 81410, 81411, or 81479 (one per patient) with one unit of service reported. A DEX Z-Code must be entered adjacent to the CPT code in specified Part A/Part B claim fields (follow field-specific instructions) and the appropriate ICD-10-CM diagnosis code must be reported.
