Billing for non-NGS tests to diagnose BCR-ABL negative myeloproliferative neoplasms allows sequential single-gene (non-NGS) testing when LCD DL40022 criteria are met, but multi-gene panels (NGS or otherwise) must be billed as a single panel unit and cannot be unbundled.
