Response to Comments: Pharmacogenomic Testing

This document is a response to public comments on the Pharmacogenomic Testing Local Coverage Determination (LCD). It announces the official notice period beginning May 29, 2025 and that the final determination becomes effective July 13, 2025. The document does not contain clinical coverage criteria, limitations, required documentation for claims, or frequency limits; those details will be provided in the final LCD.
