Response to Comments: Nebulizers – DL33370

This RTC article documents procedural requirements for the Nebulizers LCD comment period rather than clinical coverage criteria. DME MACs must base reviews on accepted published evidence, provide at least 45 calendar days for public comment, respond to timely comments (while may grouping similar comments), and may redact or consolidate submissions for privacy, appropriateness, or duplication reasons.
