Concert Genetic Testing: Dermatologic Conditions covers genetic and molecular testing—including sequencing, deletion/duplication analysis, and multigene panels—to establish or confirm diagnoses and guide management of dermatologic disorders. It applies to patients with clinical features suggestive of conditions such as CM‑AVM (RASA1/EPHB4), congenital ichthyosis, epidermolysis bullosa, ectodermal dysplasias, albinism and other hereditary skin disorders, but coverage is limited to the listed tests and clinical criteria with required ICD‑10 coding, is investigational for indications outside the policy, and is subject to separate rules for known familial variants and Medicare/Medicaid determinations.
