Colorectal Cancer Screening - Medicare Advantage
HUMANA-COLORECTAL-CANCER-SCREENING-MA
Covers colorectal cancer screening in asymptomatic individuals, including endoscopic procedures (colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy), stool and molecular tests (e.g., SEPT9), and adjunct visualization technologies (AI/CAD, G‑EYE, chromoendoscopy). Applicable to Medicare Advantage beneficiaries and other Medicare-covered populations per Medicare screening guidance. Coverage, frequency, age limits and specific test eligibility defer to applicable CMS NCDs/LCDs/LCAs (including MolDX LCDs for molecular tests), MAC jurisdiction and the member’s coverage document, and adjunct technologies are treated as add‑ons to endoscopy rather than standalone services.
