Homebuilders Clinical Coverage Policy - MEDICAID - LOUISIANA

This policy covers the Homebuilders in‑home family preservation program providing intensive therapeutic services to improve parenting skills, family functioning, child/youth emotional and behavioral management, and household safety so children can remain safely at home.
