Lab: Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) serum or other body fluid testing is non-covered for all diseases and clinical indications. The policy states that clinical indications for CoQ10 supplementation and for CoQ10 testing are unsupported or controversial across a wide range of conditions.

"Serum or other body fluid testing for Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10/ubiquinone/ubidecarenone) is not covered for any disease or clinical indication."
