MolDX: Repeat Germline Testing

Medicare coverage excludes duplicate germline DNA/RNA testing for the same genetic content in the same beneficiary. One lifetime unit of service is allowed per specific germline test; panels that include previously tested genes may be covered only if the untested components have documented clinical utility.
