Benson-Henry Institute Cardiac Wellness Program

The Benson-Henry Institute Cardiac Wellness Program is nationally covered as an Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation (ICR) program when it meets statutory/regulatory ICR requirements and is listed on the CMS Medicare-approved ICR programs list; coverage applies to claims with dates of service on or after May 6, 2014. Any ICR program not included on that CMS list is non-covered.

"The Benson-Henry Institute Cardiac Wellness Program is covered as an Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation (ICR) program when it meets the ICR requirements in SSA §1861(eee)(4)(A) and 42 C."
